First, the customized gift box production workshop is closed as much as possible to reduce moisture entering the workshop. At the same time, multiple dehumidifiers are added in the workshop. These measures are to reduce the impact of moisture on paper and cardboard. The air humidity is large. The outside of the customized gift box The mounted paper may swell, and the cardboard is not stiff enough. The box made is soft and does not meet customer requirements. Secondly, if conditions permit, air conditioning should also be added in the workshop, because the glue used to make custom gift boxes is very sensitive to temperature and humidity. If the glue is not sticky or dry, it is easy for the custom gift box to produce bubbles on the surface. The most serious quality problem is the production of air bubbles in the production of customized gift boxes.
